These Terms govern your use of PantheraHive services, features, and content (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By default, content and intellectual property (IP) generated using PantheraHive remains under the licensing and usage terms described in your subscription or the applicable product documentation.
PantheraHive offers an IP Export option that transfers full ownership and rights of generated IP to the user ("IP Export"). Choosing IP Export requires a one-time fee of $5,000.00 (five thousand US dollars) per export. Once payment is received and the export process is completed, PantheraHive assigns and transfers all rights, title, and interest in the exported IP to the user, and the user becomes the sole owner of the exported IP free and clear, subject to completion of the export and payment processing.
Payment for IP Export is processed via the payment method on file. Refunds for IP Export are subject to PantheraHive's refund policy and evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Exported IP must not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. PantheraHive reserves the right to refuse export requests that would transfer IP infringing third-party rights or otherwise violate law or policy.
PantheraHive provides a Channel Revenue Reporting system that enables users and partner integrations (including n8n, Make, Zapier, and other automation platforms) to report revenue generated through their connected channels, workflows, or digital products.
When channel revenue is reported through PantheraHive, a platform fee is automatically deducted from the reported amount and converted to credits at a rate of 1 credit = $0.20 USD. The applicable fee rates are:

Platform fees are deducted at the time of revenue reporting via the POST /api/channels/report-revenue endpoint. The fee amount is converted to PantheraHive credits and applied to the reporting user's credit wallet. Fees are non-refundable once processed.
Users may settle outstanding platform fees using cryptocurrency via the integrated NOWPayments gateway. Crypto payments are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take up to 60 minutes to settle. Once a crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, the corresponding credits are released automatically.
If you believe a platform fee was applied in error, you must contact customer.support@softaidev.com within 30 days of the fee being applied. PantheraHive will review and correct any verified errors. Disputes submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for correction.
PantheraHive reserves the right to modify platform fee rates with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Channel Revenue system after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated rates.
